  • "Archive product" means that the product is in the archive and not produced any more. In most cases it is not available in retail shops either.

  • If an USB device, which is plugged in an USB port, is not shown in Windows “Device Manager”, or Windows reports about a device driver error, then you need to:

    1. If your device can use standard Windows drivers, as stated in its instruction or its description on the web page, then don't install drivers or software from the device vendor. If you have installed a driver or software from a device vendor, then use Windows “System Restore” to revert to the state, when it isn't installed, or use Windows “Control Panel” applet “appwiz.cpl” to remove it.
    2. If your device needs a special driver, you can either find it on the CD, which is shipped with the device, or download it from the “DOWNLOAD” tab on the device web page. Be warned, that a driver on a web page may not suite to your device, cause devices from different shipments may use different drivers.
    3. Use Windows “Control Panel” to open “Devices and Printers” Window. Then right click your computer name and choose menu item “Device Installation Settings”. Choose “Yes, do this automatically (recommended)” in the “Device Installation Settings” window. Press “Save changes” button.
    4. Update your OS, devices drivers and BIOS or UEFI.
    5. Reboot your PC.
    6. Connect your device to a high-power USB port, which is supporting 500 mA power consumption. Don't use USB hubs or extension cables. Try to connect your device to different USB ports and PCs.
  • If your device needs a special driver, you can either find it on the CD, which is shipped with the device, or download it from the “DOWNLOAD” tab on the device web page.

    If your device can use standard Windows drivers, as stated in its instruction or its description on the web page, then OS will automatically install these drivers without user interaction.

  • Unfortunately, USB-receivers are not sold separately.

  • Gamepad can be checked in "Gamepad Tester" mobile app provided by Wisely Loh. "Mobile Master" button layout is different from the layout shown in the application window, but when you press gamepad button its code will be displayed in the application window.

  • Hello! The headset works with the standard driver of the operating system. You probably hold down the volume button for too long, so the volume quickly goes to one of the extreme values. Try decreasing the button hold time.
  • If your webcam conforms to USB Video Device Class, USB Audio Device Class specifications, then audio and video capture will work in modern versions of MAC OS X, Linux. If it is written on a device web page, that a webcam doesn't need a driver for operation, then it confortms to USB Video Device Class specification. Some other device functions may not work.

  • Microsoft bluetooth stack doesn't support the following profiles: A2DP, HSP, HFP. Bluetooth headsets require a stack that supports these profiles, for example, "BlueSoleil".
